Returns Policy

We offer a generous returns policy in line with UK consumer law. You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, unless otherwise stated.

Orders Cancelled

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Returns must include your order number or confirmation email.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a suitable resolution at no cost to you.

Trading Card Products

Due to market volatility, sealed trading card products and single cards are excluded from extended returns. The standard 14-day statutory return period applies.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. If a product price drops before dispatch, we may refund the difference or issue store credit.

All products sold on PokémonStore.co.uk are guaranteed genuine and authentic. Items are supplied in mint condition unless stated otherwise.
